To find building 23-b, you need to enter the courtyard from Yevhen Chykalenko Street (formerly Pushkinska Street) through the archway:

  • IS THERE A PLACE TO PARK?

    We don't have our own car park for guests. You can try your luck and park your car along the street. Or, there is a car park of the Central Department Store nearby, and also, within 5 minutes walk, there is a large paid parking on the street - entrance from 16-22 Bohdana Khmelnytskoho Street (in the arch under Kyivproekt). This is the best option to avoid worrying about the car and parking.

  • WHAT ARE THE NEAREST METRO STATIONS?

    The nearest metro stations are Teatralna - 3 min on foot, and Ploscha Ukrainskih Heroyiv - 8 min on foot.

  • What are the cancellation policies?

    We do appreciate our time and the time of others. We have a cancellation policy that we ask you to follow so as not to devalue our time and work. First of all, we asking you to cancel at least 24 hours before the session.
    • Cancellations less than 10 minutes before the session or if a person does not come to the appointment at all without warning are charged 100% of the total cost of the appointment. The only exceptions are force majeure circumstances where there is a threat to life.
    • From 11 minutes to 2 hours before the session - 50% of the total cost of the session is paid. The only exceptions are unexpected symptoms of the disease and force majeure circumstances where there is a threat to life.
    • You can cancel or reschedule the session yourself through the link that comes in SMS and e-mail after the appointment. Or write to us or your therapist.
    • We also appreciate your time, so these rules also apply to our therapists. We try to cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance. If a therapist needs to cancel with less than two hours notice, you will receive a 50% discount on your next appointment. If it so happens that the therapist cancels with less than 10 minutes notice or cannot see you at the last minute, you will have the next session for free. The exceptions to the rules are the same.

    • HOW CAN I PAY?

    You can pay in cash or transfer to a bank card of a sole proprietor.
